Who
Get Gigabit (at GetGigabit.uk) and Find Fibre are trading names of Broadband Innovations LTD. Broadband Innovations LTD is registered in England and Wales as Company Number 13735759. Our registered address is 86-90 Paul Street, London, England, United Kingdom, EC2A 4NE. We might use terms like we/us or our to refer to ourselves. The agreement covers your usage of our website GetGigabit, primarily at GetGigabit.uk.
Introduction
Unless you are a registered, and approved ISP with a custom or different agreement with us (in which case these terms will be in addition to that custom agreement), then these terms and conditions together with our Privacy Policy, (the two we will call the "User Agreement" or within this text just 'this' or 'the' "Agreement") form our entire agreement with you in respect of non-chargeable use of our website and supersede any prior agreement or arrangement with you in respect of Get Gigabit.
Use of Get Gigabit and the services provided via it are strictly conditional upon you accepting these terms and conditions. Unless otherwise specified, your acceptance of this User Agreement shall be indicated by your use of and/or registration with us.

Your usage of Get Gigabit
Get Gigabit is primarily designed for personal, non-commercial use by persons in the United Kingdom. Notwithstanding any other clauses in the agreement, any commercial use is strictly limited to businesses registered in the UK who may conduct searches on the page getgigabit.uk/broadband/business or use the availability notification features for reasonable, non automated, internal business use only to facilitate the comparison of telecommunications packages the business is interested in procuring themselves. The singular exception to this is when your organisation is a registered and approved 'Service Provider/ISP' or other company who holds a seperate commercial agreement with us (in which case that separate commercial agreement will cover any further usage of Get Gigabit). You must not use GetGigabit in any other way without our explicit consent in writing first.
It expressly forbidden to crawl or scrape content from GetGigabit (including at GetGigabit.uk) unless you are doing so solely for the purpose of listing the site in a internet search engine accessible at ‘google.com’, ‘bing.com’, ‘duckduckgo.com’ or ‘Yahoo.com’. It is also expressly forbidden to access any of our APIs or use any other method of automated access including but not limited to scripts, bots, or similar to communicate with our website or any associated servers.

As this is a freely available site we expect this will be £0.
